I get error msg with all sends and moves. why?

I have an error message, and report option, with every move of folders, send,
and delete, Why?

Eror msg reads: Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs
to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you are in the middle of
something, the information you are working on might be lost. ...I elect to
send an error report .

This occurs with every delete and with every file move to another folder.
It also happens on most sends, if not all. With sends, I lose track ofd the
action as outlook is shutting down and restarting.

Oe WORKED FINE. I am converting all my 6 computers to Outlook, and this is
the first- and a HUGE prolem.
HELP!
I have downloaded and insstalled all the updates, and have auto notification.
.. The MS Office was purchaed 3 months ago.

Version is 2003. Part of office 2003, XP pro system
