I get Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! abnorma

While in the middle of a document on Word I get the message Microsoft Visual
C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program: C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office10\WINWORD.EXE And right up under that is abnormal program
termination, and when I click ok the program terminates
