I get the error message "mapi32.dll is an invalid Extended MAPI library" THEN
"Mail is not installed on your system"
tHIS ONLY HAPPENS WITH ONE persons profile when sending a doc.

tried, like a new mail profile, detect and repair, fixmapi.exe, etc.?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, chet asked:

detect and repair Yes
fixmapi.exe Yes
