I get the following error signature when trying to open Outlook -

M

msapers

AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.6604 ModName: kernel32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 00009784

The message apologizes for any inconvenience and then Outlook shuts down.
What can I do to fix this?

I'm experiencing the same issue. The only thing I've installed recently is
the Microsoft Windows Genuine Advantage Notifications - which I can't
unistall!

Windows Genuine Advantage updates have been edited/corrected recently. Go
back and use the update site again and see if that solves it. There was an
error in the earlier updates that affected Office programs.

I did not install Windows Genuine Advantage...I do not even know what that
is. Any other ideas?
