I got a mess letter in Office

this happened several times on my MS Office 2003.
when I typing a letter' h ' , it will change to ' d ' and other letters are
showing in a mess charector also.
I'm sure is not my keyboard problem cause other than the Office ,other
applications are fine.
sometime after the restart Office applications it will auto fix.
I've tried to repair the Office 2003. Not sure if this will solve the problem.

Do you have any idear of this issue ?

Perhaps you have added items in Autocorrect listing to do this. try
looking in there.
