I got a problem with BCM 2003 and I can't open outlook

it always say "Business Contact Manager has encountered a problem and needs
to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." when I open outlook2003. How
can I fix this or remove BCM from outlook so that I can use outlook without
BCM.

You can uninstall BCM competely from Add/Remove Programs in Control
Panel.

If you want to remove BCM from just this Mail profile, you can do that
through the Mail applet in control panel.
