i got error UMLE00508 after reverse engineer

After reverse engineer a visual studio project I am trying to view the result
diagram but got an error in the visio:
UMLE00508: InitInstance[Operation] : An operation cannot have private
visibility and be polymorphic at the same time.
UMLE00508: ExitInstance[Operation] : An operation cannot have private
visibility and be polymorphic at the same time.
Please help
