I had a problem with function delegate: PWA 2003 and Project server
2003
example:
1) I had a task [fixed duration, no effort driven, 20days, resource:
Victor]
2) then victor reports 50% of the task, (50% of 20 days = 10days)
3) the manager accepts the update
4) then victor delegates the task to john
5) the manager accepts the update
6) John reports 50% of the task (50% of 10 days = 5 days)
7) the manager accepts the update
8) then john delegates the task to victor again
9) the manager accepts the update

the task would have to be in 75%, but when manager accepts the update
the percentage downs to 67%
if victor reports 100% and the manager update it, the percentage
complete in project pro shows 81% but in PWA shows 100% (victor' and
jonh's PWA)

why? cannot be given back the delegation?
