I had Earthlink now I have Optimum and can't open attachments

I changed ISPs and now cannot open attachements - this is the error:
mhtml:file://C:\Documents%20and%20Settings\Owner\Local%20Settings\Temporary%20Internet%20Files\Content.IE5\1C0R11OT\Fwd_%20FW_%20Tablecloth.eml

I believe the path is not correct, any help would be great

When you changed ISPs did you change login names on your machine? Also, you
posted a file name not an error, what's the full error message?
