I had MS Office 2003 on my system and lost it somehow.

I am computer illiterate. I pushed something wrong and lost MS Word 2003 and
all that goes with it. When I try to use it I get a message that it is
configuring and then I need to put in the CD. The system came with this
installed so I have no CD. I need your help.
