I had outlook but it is missing - states source is missing

Outlook keeps trying to reinstall but can not. It says verify that the file
exists and that I can access it! I also lost the rest of Microsoft Word,
Excel, etc.

Are the files missing or just the shortcuts or what? How did you 'lose' the
rest of Office?
Why can it not reinstall? What error does it return?

Are the files (like outlook.exe) still in
c:\program files\microsoft office\office11\

(office11 is for Office 2003. This will be office 9 or 10 for the two
previous versions)
