I have 2 new laptops and a desktop

The desktop and 1 laptop are Vista and the 3rd laptop is xp updated with
everything I need.

I am our I.T. guy

I set up Outlook 2007 on the xp laptop , side by side, the settings are
correct. i have no doubt.

I am not connecting, as I am getting what many are getting, unable to access
cannot operate off line and can not complete this action,

1st It's tuff to be online if it doesn't connect.
2. Same laptop sitting next to it works just fine. Just the new setup
3. I have deleted the profile and reset it tillI turned blue.

I have seen this error before ,in setups and eventually it just connects and
starts building files.

Not this time. I tired of it and it appears to be a known issue.
Both laptops are wireless, but doesn't matter if I hard wire the new one..
Same error.

Why does outlook do this


Exchange Server 2003, nothing blocking incoming accounts.
