I have a cable modem but the Outlook keeps asking for dial up?

I have a cable modem and the Outlook 2007 Keep asking for my dial-up. I have
everyting else correct on the create e-mail but it still asks for the dial-up.

Modify your account settings to use the correct connection
Also reset Internet Options>Connections
