I have a data source from word 98 that i would like to import int.

I have a date source of addresses that i had created on my old computer
before i was online and before i had outlook. i would like to take those
addresses and add them to my contacts list in outlook, but i dont want to
have to retype them and suggestions on how to do this?

I think you've come to the wrong forum - this is the MS Access forum, which is Microsoft's database product. I think you want the one for MS Outlook, their e-mail product.
