I have a file sent me all in upper case text. How do I change it

A friend has emailed me an attached Word doc with good content - but all in
upper case. How do I use Word to convert it all into lower case? I use
Office 2000.

Press Shift+F3 repeatedly to change case (the available options being
uppercase, sentence case, lower case).
