I am trying to copy a section of a tab content area to another sub tab-how
do Ido this & keep the format of the original note?

Do you mean copy a paragraph or group into another area? Copy/Paste using
the Edit menu. That should keep all formatting.

Move a page to another section? Right-click on the tab and select "Move".
