i have a music key note on my word document, how do i getrid of ?

i can't get rid of a music key note, whenever i open a word document, it
appears on each line and each paragraph

The ¶ symbol isn't a "music key note", whatever that is. It's a paragraph mark,
formally called a pilcrow. You're seeing it because you have nonprinting
characters displayed
(http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/NonPrintChars.htm).

There's a toolbar button with the same symbol on it. Click that, or press the
equivalent keyboard shortcut, Ctrl+Shift+8, to turn it off and on. If the
paragraph marks still display when nonprinting characters are turned off, then
go to Tools > Options > View and clear the check box for Paragraph Marks.
