I have a problem using MS Office wirelessly

We should have enough licenses for the macs, but when one group tries
to get on it says something to the affect that there are two many
Microsoft products open on the network and it won't open anything.

Could this be an issue with the apple base station, or am I going to
need to buy a few more licenses?

Thanks in advance for any help in this matter.

It lokos like a license issue to me. Regular license allow you to run
Office on *either* a laptop or a desktop (I think there is now a
tolerance allowing you to have Entourage on one and Word on the other
for instance, but I never checked myself).
Other types of license allow more Mac running Office with the same
serial number, but it clearly depends on the license itself. Where I
work, we have a special license with an unlimited number of Office (like
most universities).

Now it could be a bug in Office, but I don;t remember seing that before.
It could also be that someone on the network used the wrong serial
number and you end up using too many copies of one serial number and not
enough of another one...

Hi Duke ,
It seems like some license may have been used more then once . If you have
multiple instances of office installed on the same key then the product id
(open menu word, Click "About Word" see Product id just above the buttons )
will be same except for last 5 digits .

follow the instructions provided at this link
http://www.mcgimpsey.com/macoffice/office/pid.html to change the license of
one of the installations.

Thanks,
Priyanka
