Hallo again
I think that I will use Microsoft Office SharePoint Desinger 2007 to take in
the new webpage my friend will make for me. And so to the question? Can I use
pub 2007 to open that page and who? Because I will very much use pub 2007.
Are there anyone who can help me? I have try to find it out on microsofts
pages but can not find anything.
Thank you.

bali,

Pick a program, any program and build your site, but having your friend
build a site in FrontPage so that you can import it into SharePoint, and
then use it in Publisher just doesn't make sense.

Publisher is intended for simple static websites. If you don't want
simple...then switch to a different program. We have already discussed the
fact that you can open .htm files in Publisher, but that Publisher code is
entirely different than FrontPage code. Web Expression is the program that
is intended to replace FrontPage. SharePoint is an entirely different
program with an entirely different target user. If you want more than
Publisher has to offer, then switch to FrontPage or Web Expression, not
SharePoint, or something entirely different. But give up the idea of trying
to jump from one program to another...they are not compatible.

Why do you think you want to use Sharepoint Designer?

You can't use Publisher to edit anything else but Publisher created
webs...so that's out.
Sharepoint Designer is not what you want.
If your friend is using FrontPage, then use FrontPage - it will be easier
for you.

IMO Expression Web is t he way to go, but coming from Publisher
welll....you've will have a lot to learn.

Thank you so much Rob (Crash). Yes I know that is much to learn. But I have
not so many other thing to do so I will try.
Yes I have frontpage. So perhaps I have to set me down and try to learn. But
I will also, but in the same time I will very much use publisher. So that is
my problem. My web page that I have at the moment are ok, but I will have
some other thing on it. So Ok I will think and see what I will come up with.
Tank you again.
