I have Access 2000 and can't get it to work

When I try to start Access 2000, I get an error message as
follows:

<<< Can't Find The Database You Specied, or You Didn't
Specify A Database At All.
Specify a databse in the command line, and include a path
if neccesary. >>>

What can I do, I tried the repair function of my Office
2000 installation discs and the same error occurs.
