How nice. Everyone should be so lucky. Is there a question you'd like to
ask? If so, ask in the body of the message, stating Outlook version,
account type, the exact symptoms you see, how to reproduce them, and what
you've tried in attempting to fix the problem.

What is the title of the window that "brings me to My Docs folder"? Is it a
browser window asking you for the location of an executable?

Then either enter the path to your browser's executable in that browser
window (the path to Internet Explorer is usually C:\Program Files\Internet
Explorer\Iexplorer.exe) or start Internet Explorer and click Tools>Internet
Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings.
