I am using outlook 2003
I received and email w/ hyperlinks in it,
when I click on the link it brings me to My Docs folder
ex 2003 server back end

What is the title of the window that "brings me to My Docs folder"? Is it a
browser window asking you for the location of an executable?

Then either enter the path to your browser's executable in that browser
window (the path to Internet Explorer is usually C:\Program Files\Internet
Explorer\Iexplorer.exe) or start Internet Explorer and click Tools>Internet
Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings.
