I have an error message cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook

The full message is

Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window.
The set of folders could not be opened.

I have the on one pc after migrating from Excahange 2000 - 2003 and
upgrading outlook from 2000 to 2003

Please can anyone help me
