I have an undeliverable message stuck in my outbox. It wont delet

I attached a video file to an outgoing message. It appears to be too large a
file to send. But now, my Outlook will not allow me to delete it, and keeps
trying to send it over and over. Nothing else will go out and I have tried
restarting the program, my computer, turning off the send, rec.
I get a message that Outlook has already begun to send and so it wont allow
me to delete it.
Been trying for 6 hours with no luck. What should I do?

Dear bcd,

In Outlook, select File / Work Offline and close outlook - then re-
open it. Now, shift - delete that pesky outbox file. unselect File /
Work Offline to bring Outlook back to normal.
