systems since 8 years.

We Know there are many softwares can define the password for any file (such
as word files, Access files).

I have Idea for solving problem the security for files by using passwords.

I want ask you, if the Idea is very good, Is Microsoft corporation pay to me

Microsoft has been known to buy other companies for millions of
dollars, if not billions, to aquire their assets. Of course many of
the thousands of engineers at MSFT are really smart and have extensive
education in all kinds of IT-related areas. They may already have come
up with your idea and rejected it because of a flaw, or replaced it
with an even better idea.

No seriously, if you have a REALLY GOOD IDEA you patent it and enforce
that patent. Or contract with a patent enforcement agency to do it for
you.
