I have key for 2002 will it work with 2003?

I have Microsoft 2002 and the key, but, when I try to load it on my new
computer I get an Error 25003 and it won't go any further. I have the product
key and I have the trial version of 2003 on the new computer. Can they work
together? Will the key work on the 2003?
