I have Korean Office...I need English (US) Office

LIPs don't seem to provide me with a solution...apparently there is no
English LIP!?!?!?!?!? Seriously? That's crazy!

LIP = Language Instruction Pack?? Why NO English? Where is Windows /
Office developed? America, right?

I'm in Korea. I bought a Korean computer. It came with Korean Windows. I
need English menus and whatnot on my MS Office applications.

Not at all, considering you bought the computer in Korea. If
the option to switch to English isn't part of the package (I
thought it was, but maybe not) then you need to contact MS and
get it straightened out. IIRC you were asked for the language
at install time; wasn't English one of the choices? And
remember, there is English North America, Britain, New Zealand
and Australia, so it's not "just" English you're looking for.

That's irrelevant; it makes no sense to sell product that
isn't in the country's native language where it's sold.

Makes sense: Talk to MS.

Sorry Abundant, but Peter's right - you have to buy the English version.
There's no LIP (language interface pack) or SLP (single language pack)
available to add English to your Korean Office 2007. Maybe the store will
accept a return in this case?

By the way, if you can wait a couple of months (till June), you can buy
Office 2010.

There is indeed an English Language Pack for Office 2007. The web site
says, "Available in more than 35 different languages, Language Packs, which
are sold individually, can be installed onto any other language version of
the 2007 Microsoft Office suites or programs. " It is sold by download from
the http://office.microsoft.com and costs $24.95 in the United States.

LIPs are for people in underserved linguistic markets, and they are free.
Why is there no English LIP? Is English an "underserved linguistic market"?
