This is an ACCESS TABLE DESIGN newsgroup. Your question does not seem
related to MS Access (the database product) nor does it seem to relate to
creating tables.
I'd suggest you ask your question in a WINDOWS newsgroup. You will want to
indicate what version you are using. You could also try the help files on
your computer, or search the newsgroup before posting a new thread and see
if there are similar posts out there.
You can "pick up" the taskbar and move it to the top, or to either side, of
the monitor. If you have it set to auto-hide, then you might not notice if
you have accidently dragged it somewhere else.
At home, I usually blame the cats for doing that.
