I have more than 65K rows when I open Excel 2007

My data has more than 65K rows but when I open Excel 2007, only show
me 65K rows
someone help to show all

File must be in old version *.xls
Resave the file in 2007 version.
Close it.
&
Reopen the same.

I don't think that's going to bring back the missing rows. However, If
you add rows in 2007 version and then save as .xlsx file the extra rows
that you just added should appear.
