Hi
I recently built a new computer and had XP professional installed as the OS.
I then installed Office XP. I'm now having problems with Outlook using
MS-word as the editor. The error message that is coming up is saying that
"This form requires Word as you e-mail editor, but Word is either busy or
cannot be found. The form will be opened in the Outlook editor instead."
I've gone into the Tools / Options / Mail Format window to click on the
option that allows for MS-Word to be used as the editor, but it still gives
me that same error message.
I've reinstalled Office XP and still same error message. Is there some way
that i can direct Outlook to find the Word program?
