I have no idea what I'm doing

I'm new to using Front Page and I have no idea what I'm doing. I've done the
basics of the web design of what I want then saved the information to the
website.
Now the website won't open. It tells me the page can't be displayed. It was
suggested that I may have some coding wrong, but I don't know how to check
this. I feel like such an idiot. Can anyone help me?

Have you named your home page correctly? This must be named according
to the information from your host.
A link to the site may help to give a better answer.

It turns out there was a link that was broken. So I deleted the thing and
started over. I'm using one of the templates to help me this time. Hopefully
that will make things easier. Thank you for your help.
