I have office 2003. 2000 wants to reload, I keep getting errors.

I have office 2003 upgrade. 2000 wants to reload, I keep getting error
messages, losing my address book, etc....
Missing file messages.

I have been sorting it out, reloaded 2003, but still this one comes up;

C:\programfiles\microsoftoffice\office\addins\fldpub.ecf

What is the text of the error message that comes up when that file is named?

Had you been using an Exchange profile in Outlook but are no longer using
one? See if reinstalling the Exchange extensions in Outlook (if you are
still using Exchange) will solve the problem.
