I have red dots between my words in my emails in Outlook

Any chance they are under the words? Could be Word's Smart Tags. Try opening
a new email and go to Tools->AutoCorrect Options, Smart Tags tab and uncheck
"Label text with Smart Tags", click OK. Then start to type. Does this do
anything?

This is probably caused by having Outlook set to use Word to edit email
messages. Go to your Word Tools > Autocorrect Options > Smart Tags, and
disabled smart tags.
