You can't download Office. And to open a Publisher file, you need Publisher.
Which, again, is not a download.
Do you need to be able to read this file or edit it? If it's just to read
it, I can help. If you need to edit the file, you'll have to either order
the demo disc from Microsoft, buy the full program, or ask the originator to
send you the file in another program.
