Help! I can't print because the print icon will not show up while I am in

There isn't a built-in method to print the layout as seen in the design
view. You might need to resort to printscreen.

Try Tools... Analyze... Documentor. It won't display the query grid
though!

Note that to those familiar with Access, the SQL text of the query
(View... SQL) is the *real* query; the grid is just a handy tool to
create SQL strings.
