I have trouble receiving some, but not all, .net emails

I am trying to receive e-mail from two trusted sources. One is sent from a
charter.net acct. and the other from a gte.net acct. These are returned to
the sender. I do receive other e-mails including .net addresses. I am
using Windows XP Home Edition 2002 sp 1 and Office Outlook 2003. Thank You.

The sender's are receiving a NDR when the message bounces back for us to
diagnose the problem we need to know what those say.

Okole Maluna,
When the sender's wake up I should be able to quiz them for the NDR and let
you know. They are on central time and I'm on Sri Lankan Standard time.
thanks

Looks like your server may have the Charter server blocked -- probably due
to Spam blocking.
