I have visio 2000. Can I upgrade it to 2003 for the $99.95 price?

I have visio 2000. I would like to upgrade it to visio 2003. Am I going to
have to pay the $199.00 amount or will I be able to only pay the $99.95
amount?

It depends on your version of Visio. Do you have Microsoft Visio or Visio's
Visio? If it is the later you need Service Release 1 (which is no longer
available). If you have the Microsft version, there is no problem.

So, for the upgrade, you need MS Visio 2000 or Visio's Visio with SR1.
Anything older does not qualify.
