I have W2000 PROF. SP2, How can I upgrade to SP3?

I OPERATE AT HOME ON THE WINDOWS 2000 PROFESSIONAL SP2 PLATFORM.
I want to operate a Sony Walkman NW-E003, but it's software needs SP3
MINIMUM in order to download successfully.
I have downloaded the SP3 update from Microsoft, but I am unsure where to
locate it to operate?
Can anyone help please?

You problem gas nothing to do with that.

Pls ask in the proper group for Win2k.
