Wow, what time warp did you come out of?

It's highly unlikely that you'll be able to buy a license and installation disk
for Windows 2000 anywhere. It's already been out of mainstream support for three
years, and will only be on extended support for another two
(http://support.microsoft.com/lifecycle/?p1=3071). Windows ME went off even
extended support two years ago.

You can still buy Windows XP media, for example
http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw?url=search-alias=aps&field-keywords=windows+xp+upgrade
A good article about the hardware requirements for XP is at
http://www.winsupersite.com/showcase/windowsxp_sg.asp. Check it out before you
buy any upgrade -- you may find that you need new hardware, and you could get a
newer version of Windows bundled with it for little or no extra cost.

Last but not least, this newsgroup is for questions about developing VBA
applications in MS Office. Your question belongs in a Windows newsgroup.
