I installed microsoft office but outlook is not working

Get error - unable to locate component. This application has failed to start
because OUTEX>DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this
problem. Then, Unable to open your default email folders. An unexpected
error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service
EMSMDB.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured. I
have no idea what this means.

this newsgroup answers questions about MS Access relational database
software. suggest you post your question to an Outlook newsgroup, specifying
the version of Office and the version of your operating system.
