I installed Office 2007 Enterprise and it freezes up.

I installed Office 2007 Enterprise. When I open any of the programs it
freezes up and fails to respond. I have discovered that if I open control
panel and administrative services, and turn off the Plug and Play feature and
then reboot all of Office 2007 programs work.
