I installed office SP3 and clipart will not work.

Office 2000, WinME (all up-to-date)

After using the office update SP3 I can no longer access
clipart in ANY office application. The clipart
selector/gallery appears (blank) and then disappears with
no error messages. Templates and Autoshapes still work
fine.

I have tried (with no success);
Uninstall/reinstall (with and without SP`s),
Uninstall/Registry clean/reinstall,
Manualy setting the file location for clipart.

The clipart is in the default location and can be
found/viewed using windows explorer and can even be added
to a document using Insert|Picture|From File...

I have tried the knowledge base but nothing seems to work.
HELP!!
