I keep getting a connection error message.

Just recently my outlook will take along time to download everything from my
email account and finally will give me an error message saying "Connection to
server could not be established " and then kicks me offline.

It will download the emails but it will keep trying to connect, as in the
hour glass keeps spinning and them it kicks me offline.

Anybody have a solution? I have tried removing the email acct and adding it
back but i still get the same message.

Have you checked your webmail account with your ISP to see if there's an
unusually large file trying to download or perhaps email with a malformed
header?

Yes and there is nothing downloading it just spins and spins and then stops
and gives me the error message. i am baffled

Have you enabled viewing your send/receive progress in its entirety? Are
there any error numbers?
