I keep getting a message telling me to "Enter Network Password"

I have Office Outlook 2003. I recently moved and switched from an SBC global
account to a hotmail account. I keep getting a message requesting I enter
network password and when I hit enter it just keeps repeating. I am not able
to use outlook at all. Any ideas?
