I keep getting Business Contract Manager has stopped working

Switched to Vista, and now I can't get my Outlook 2003 to work. Error
messages is "Business Contract Manager has stopped working" then it shuts
down. I uninstalled Office 2003 and reinstalled, but same error message.
What do I do?
