I keep getting duplicate emails on Entourage - how do I fix this?

[John's Entourage Problems]

MAC OS X 10.4.4
Entourage 11.2.1
I keep getting duplicate emails in my Entourage Inbox - I use Yahoo and
Verizon POP servers. I notice that sometimes I will get 2-3 duplicate emails.
Only one is stored on the email server (ie Yahoo). Often times the original
email I reply to is not the email Entourage leaves on the server.
How do I search and delete duplicates?
Is there a fix to keep this from happening in the future?
