I have been getting error 1335 everytime I try installing Office 2007
Enterprise. It says one of the cabinet files is corrupt or the package is
corrupt. I contacted MS and received a new DVD. Tried that and same issue.
The OS is Visa Home basic. This is a new home computer I am installing on.
I also blew away the partion, reformatted and tried installing from a folder
instead of the DVD. Same issue. I have 3 DVD's that I know are good as I
have successfully installed Office from them before. So the flat file was
created on another machine. I have also tried to limit the RAM to 512 megs
and I have tried running in Windows XP SP2 mode and disabling all the startup
items. There is no antivirus running on the machine now as I thought this
could have been interfering. Any more suggestions would be great.
