I keep getting errors when trying to send messages.

I am able to receive messages, but I cannot send them. The file sizes aren't
too large, and this is a recent problem. Earlier this morning, I was able to
send multiple emails, but now I cannot move anything out of the OutBox. I've
tried moving them, pressing work offline, restarting Outlook, restarting my
computer. I'm at a loss. Any suggestions?

The error message is:
Task 'pop.vt.edu - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to
the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server
administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

And did you contact them? In all likelihood there is a problem with your
server. If they have one, try sending from a webmail interface, if the
problem remains, then it is not your machine but there's that is at fault.
