Microsoft Outlook, which is part of Microsoft Office (which this newsgroup
supports) or Outlook Express, which is part of Internet Explorer?
Please doublecheck by clicking on Help > About.
If it's Microsoft Outlook, please post back with the version. Most likely
culprit is your antivirus software configured to actively scan incoming and
outgoing email. You can safely disable this feature or uninstall/reinstall
omitting the integration to Outlook, without compromising your security. Your
real time scanner would catch whatever it's been updated for.
If you are using Outlook Express, please post in an Outlook Express
newsgroup. You didn't post which version you're looking for so please choose
