I keep getting the following error messages and the recepient isn't receiving
my emails - this is happening to many emails i have sent. I do not have a
server - am using outlook - and I have my email address hosted at regular
commercial providers

The user does not accept email in non-Western (non-Latin) character sets.

I have made sure my language is set to English and all languages are cleared
in my junk mail.

anyone have any suggestions.

Is it just one recipient? Or all recipients? If it's just one (or perhaps
all who are using a specific service, such as GoDaddy), then it's a server
problem (not yours, the recipient's--but note that you do indeed have a
server: you can't send or receive email without servers). The recipient can
change the setting that's producing the bounces. Better still, it it's
GoDaddy, hopefully, they'll fix their particular problem.

Or, if you're feeling especially magnanimous, you can try changing a setting
on your end. In Outlook, from the menu, choose Tools - Options -Mail Format
tab - International Options, and place checks next to both of the English
options, and remove the check next to Auto select encoding for outgoing
messages.

Thankx for your help - I have done exactly what you suggested in the
mail/format - in Outlook. This problem is happening with various recepients -
I just noticed it happens from 2 different hosting companies but
intermittently on 1. Not just go Daddy. today i sent out about 50 emails and
3 came back with the same error message. I have used GoDaddy for almost 8
months and theother for 1 year. This problem recently surfaced (4 weeks
ago). Ironically one of the recipients is from an affiliated firm and never
had that problem before. I receive his emails but he doesn't receive mine
even on a reply. He has an alternate server - roadrunner (rr) and that email
address accepts the same one the other address rejects. Am pulling out what
little hair i have left. I have done everything with language set up etc.You
will notice the rejections come from different email addresses of mine and 2
different servers. Most recipients receive theirs but then i have about 2-3%
rejections with this error message.

Here are 2 examples from today and the the 3rd/4th are from my affiliate
firm. That has been bounced 10 times already. I took off their actual email
address for their privacy but the rest of the info is as I received the
errors.
