I keep getting the same error...

The following error freezes my system on various occassions and I cannot
remedy the problem...and it will not allow me to reinstall office 2003.
Furthermore, I do not want to uninstall Office since I do not know how to
backup all of the data in outlook which includes notes, emails, and contacts.

I would delete everything from this folder:

C:\DOCUME~1\HP_ADM~1\LOCALS SETTINGS\Temp

The temp directory contains all the left overs from program
installations and so ca be safely deleted. I clear them once a month as
this folder also collects all .tmp files. You will hundreds if you
haven't cleaned your system regularly.
